Jennifer Lawrence is a first runner for the part with Hailee Steinfeld and Abigail Breslin also in the mix, but may be too young as they are both just 14.
Jewnnifer Lawrence has not officially signed on to any other projects since her nomination. Until "Hunger Games" comes out you can catch Jennifer on Fox's "X-Men: First Class," which opens on June 3 or in the FilmNation thriller "House at the End of the Street."
